Meet Brett & Brad, owners of Organizing Options of Indiana. Organizing Options is a family-owned-and-operated business whose main goal is to help make their clients’ lives easier. Whether they are downsizing and moving to a new home, or just in need of a bit of home organization, Organizing Operations has you covered.

“We are estate liquidators. We downsize, we declutter, we move, we ship, we pack, we help you divest your stuff,” said Brett, in an interview with Lynda Anderson, owner of Boulder Bay Realty Group and founder of The Lynda Anderson Team. “We do everything as small as doing just people’s closets, to helping people unpack when they move into a place,” said Brett. Getting their clients organized is a top priority.

When they organize a home, they start by separating everything into three piles. Things to keep, things to sell, and things to trash. No matter how big the project is, they are there to help their clients. “Anytime you see any of those television shows, [like] Hoarders, that’s nothing,” Brad explains that they help people in these types of situations all the time. “And we have clients that we come back for a tune-up. Sometimes, every once a year, we’ll come back and get them all sorted out again,” said Brad.

Since 2004, they have been helping people throughout Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana become better organized. They also help with a number of other tasks involved in estate liquidations including finding those items to sell which may be worth money, like antiques. “When we first started, that’s what we started to do, go through people’s antiques and sell them and get the best value for them,” said Brett. It’s what they do best. “That’s our specialty,” said Brad.

Organizing Options of Indiana is a business that they really love being a part of. “We really enjoy it. We really enjoy our business and our work,” said Brett. Brad goes on to explain, “There is a huge sense of satisfaction, because we come into this and we leave and it’s wonderful.” It’s a great sense of relief for many of their clients to have Organizing Options come out and help them.

Meet Independent Medicare Specialist, Jane Lubershane. Jane helps provide her clients with the knowledge and information needed to make important decisions about their Medicare plans. With over 10 years of knowledge, Jane does her best to provide excellent service to Lake and Porter County Residents.

“My job is to explain Medicare. It can be complicated, so my job is to simplify it for my clients,” Jane says in her interview with Lynda Anderson owner of Boulder Bay Realty and Founder of The Lynda Anderson Team. “It’s my job to make sure that the customer really understands it, and so I take my time. I don’t leave until I know that they have a firm grasp of what they have and what they are entitled to right here in Lake and Porter County,” says Jane

Her services vary. She explains that she can help one client understand a bill they have received in the mail one day, and on the next help someone find a plan that better suits their needs. “Once they’re a client of mine, they’re a client of record, and it’s my job to service them … if they have a problem, it’s my problem too,” she says. Whatever trouble you are facing, Jane is there to help.

She also prides herself in her customer service and is willing to come to a client’s house if she is needed. “I’m here local, so whenever they have a problem, they can call me up, and I’ll go right over,” Jane says. She puts the customer first and makes sure their needs are met.

“I really am a firm believer that it’s better to have a local Medicare broker that works for you instead of having to deal with a 1-800,” says Jane.
